Thank you for shopping with us. Below is our shipping policy outlining delivery options and costs for our wellness gummies.

Business Hours

Our business operates Monday to Saturday.
Please note that we do not operate on Sundays and Public Holidays, therefore orders placed on those days will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Options & Charges

Pickup Mtaani Delivery

We partner with Pickup Mtaani to provide convenient pickup station delivery.

  • Within Nairobi: KES 150 (delivery to a Pickup Mtaani agent)

  • Outside Nairobi: KES 400 (delivery to a Pickup Mtaani agent)

Once your order arrives at the selected pickup point, you will be notified to collect it.

Doorstep Delivery

Doorstep delivery is currently available within Nairobi only.

  • Within Nairobi: KES 400

At the moment, doorstep delivery outside Nairobi is not available.

Matatu Sacco Shipping (On Request)

Customers outside Nairobi can request shipping via a Matatu Sacco.

  • Service Fee: KES 100

  • Additional Cost: Customer pays the Matatu Sacco transport fee

Our team will coordinate the shipment and provide details once the package is dispatched.

Delivery Time Estimates

  • Within Nairobi: 1–2 business days

  • Outside Nairobi: 2–4 business days (depending on location and courier schedules)

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure that your phone number and delivery details are correct when placing an order.

  • Orders must be collected from Pickup Mtaani stations within the time specified by the agent.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or transport providers.
