Returns

Due to the nature of health and wellness supplements, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, we will gladly review return or replacement requests in the following situations:

• The wrong item was delivered
• The product arrived damaged or defective
• Your order arrived incomplete or missing items

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must:

• Be unused and unopened
• Be in its original packaging
• Be reported within 48 hours of delivery

To initiate a return request, please contact our support team and provide:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the product received
• A brief description of the issue

Once we review your request, we will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

If your request is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:

• A replacement product, or
• A refund

Since payments are made through M-Pesa Till Number, all approved refunds will be sent back to the customer's M-Pesa number used during the purchase process.

Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days after approval, depending on verification and processing time.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be granted under the following circumstances:

• Products that have been opened or used
• Requests made after the 48-hour reporting window
• Orders where incorrect delivery details were provided by the customer
• Dissatisfaction due to personal taste or preference after opening the product

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipping. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
